Rolling Rolling Rolling

OK so I guess all of my persistance paid off. I have an appointment in NYC on Friday with Dr. House. Ok maybe they just look alike but I swear that if comes out of the office with a cane I will bolt.
Everything is falling into place now. First I will go to have an MRI in the morning. Then right after I will go and visit Mr. Audiologist for a study to prove I am not lying about my hearing loss. Thursday afternoon we will be leaving for New jersy and Yes (I want applause here) I have an appointment with a very prestigous surgeon Dr. Selesnick http://www.weillcornell.org/physician/samuelselesnick/index.html
Boy I was so anxious to get the ball rolling and now I am so anxious that everything is going so fast. My sister will continue to update my blog when I am unable. She's not as cute but just as Sarcstic. (lol)

  1. Good for you!!!! I am wishing you and your family a safe trip and about the Dr. House thing--even if he does amble in with a cane, don't bolt too quickly-he knows his stuff, including pain management and you never know when you just might need a little something to take the edge off. Will continue to follow your progress.

  6. Little advice from someone still dealing with one of those "little" blows that life hands you . . . Take things one day at a time and simply play the hand that life deals you. Find humor wherever you can and try to laugh at the scary things that are going to happen to you; don’t let negative thoughts get you down. I know what long road you are beginning and how just when you think that you are strong enough to deal; you will break down by simply saying aloud what is going on. THINK POSITIVE! :)

  7. Alright...I am now conflicted. After looking at other pictures of "Dr House" on his Bio and center info he also has a looks a little like "McSteamy" Personally I don't think you can go wrong either way. PS...if he does come out with a cane please dont run...Dr.House is a really good doctor..LOL

  8. Good Lord, Woman!
Just want to say good luck to you and that I hope it all works out well for you and your family. Have a safe trip down & back..... BTW, Dr. House is great, esp with taking the edge off; if he refuses you, you can always wrestle the cane away from him and beat him down with it until he gives you something!!
    GOOD LUCK :)
